As a professional dancer and cultural promoter from Cartagena, Colombia, I recently stayed at Viajero with my family and had a mixed experience. My family and I were pleased with the inclusive and welcoming atmosphere that the staff fostered among guests. We particularly enjoyed the family-friendly amenities and activities provided, making our stay more enjoyable and memorable. One highlight for us was the Penthouse Bar & Nightclub with an ocean view. It offered a stunning backdrop for relaxing evenings with our family. We were able to easily surf the web, keeping us connected and entertained during our downtime.Despite these positives, the presence of bedbugs in the hostel was a major downside. Our last days were marred by discomfort and frustration, ultimately affecting our overall experience.Viajero provides a good location and opportunities to meet fellow travelers. However, the issue of bedbugs needs urgent attention to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, especially families.
